I made an initial inquiry and they got back to me right away with answers to all my questions. I got busy with life during the car search process and they gave me an occasional text to see if I was still in the market. They weren't pushy and didnt use any of the tactics most car salesmen use to get you on their lot. I had some free time so I stopped at the lot without an appointment. The person I was dealing with wasn't there but the gentleman working was very helpful answering questions. The vehicles I drove all drove nice and were as advertised. All the cars listed were on the lot so no bait and switch. Their cars are only inspected by the auction. That took me back a bit. They offer warranties for a cost. You are always taking a risk with a used car I uberstand. I stopped and checked out another car before I headed back to janovich yesterday. That place ended up throwing in a short term warranty so I bought.a car from them I didnt like as well as the one from janovic. Its rare you find people selling cars you feel are nice,honest and aren't trying to get over on you. Im going to regret not buying from janovich im sure. Ill do my best to steer buyers their direction.

AAA (Absolutely Amazing Automobiles)Janovich Auto Sales, is the best usedcar service, I have ever had the goodfortune to deal with. Their attentionto the customer, is stellar in terms ofsatisfaction. While other used car dealersare only interested in the money, Janovichputs the customer before profits.The first thing they did, was to bring thecar to me. No having to go to the lot. Otherdealers wanted a deposit for this service.Next they showed up with the EXACT car Iwanted. No bait and switch here.I took a test drive and a couple of issuescame up. The staff assured me they would takecare of it even though I was buying the car onthe spot. AND THEY DID! So trustworthy andhonest I just can't help writing this review.The staff Alicia, Paul and Brandon were allpleasant, accommodating and truly interested inmy being happy. A pleasure to deal with. Nohigh pressure or attitude. Just good peopleselling good cars.Now you might think that I am associated oraffiliated with Janovich but I AM NOT! I justhad such a good experience that I felt obligatedto tell other buyers about my great time withthe company.

I was left with no car and I was able to get in and get a gorgeous vehicle in a hour. I got a great monthly payment and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend!!!
